Hey everyone, I'm SilverSpringing. I'm the creator and the sole voice actor, writer and editor of The Piss Ass Gamer. I'll be writing this post in an out-of-character format as I want to be transparent with the amount of progress I've made on the new episodes... which isn't much, sadly, but I hope to change that soon!

What's been happening?

Along with personal events that have been taking place in my life over the past few months, I work on another project that's been eating up the majority of my time. I have ADHD and jump between projects on a whim very frequently, and along with my lack of experience with series production, I've been a bit afraid to start production on new episodes. I don't want to make like four episodes in full and then become burnt out and everyone has to end up waiting like two more years for another four.

Will Piss Ass ever return?

Absolutely! With the amount of support people on this site have given the series, I want it to make a spectacular comeback. However, in order to do that, I need more people on the team to produce episodes faster and in a more structured manner. Specifically, I need writers, storyboard artists, and video editors. I'm going to be looking for those once this post is published, so if you're interested, let me know!

What can we look forward to?

I hope to produce TPAG in seasons. You can look forward to eight episodes of urinary entertainment for each season of the show, with a roughly ten-minute runtime for each episode!

Conclusion

I'm sorry it's been such a long wait. I do want to make more episodes, but I want to be sure I can do so in a way that will also make future episode production way easier. I hope to return with more to show for it soon! Once again, thank you all for the support, it means the world to me. See you all in the next status update!

Hey everyone! I didn't wanna go dark on ya, so I thought I'd provide a little update. Ironically, this ain't an April fool. I'm bein' serious.

The past few weeks, I've been pretty busy with settin' up a framework for when and how I'm gonna get these episodes done. I've decided there's gonna be eight per season.

The lineup for Season 1 is...

• Episode 1 - Cat Mario
• Episode 2 - Baldi's Basics
• Episode 3 - Friday Night Funkin'
• Episode 4 - Minecraft
• Episode 5 - Undertale
• Episode 6 - Bendy and The Ink Machine
• Episode 7 - Five Nights at Freddy's
• Episode 8 - Doki Doki Literature Club!

So far, none of these have entered production. I wanna be sure I'll be in the right spot to make these before I actually start, until then, stay tuned!

...honestly, I don't know how to react right now. I never would've expected the pilot to be a sleeper hit! It's been a long while since that episode was made at this point, and I've been toyin' around with a few other ideas, and have new equipment as well, so expect me to sound more solid and confident in any future installments!

I've mostly been tryin' to make longer, more beefy vids durin' my absence, but I wasn't really motivated enough to follow through all the way. Hell, I've got a few unfinished ones sittin' on my D-Drive right now! If you're interested, here's a link to a Pizza Tower one on Catbox.

Honestly, the future's lookin' bright! In the event that I start makin' the series regularly again, I'll probably crank out smaller episodes based on specific small-medium games instead of large ones or entire genres, and maybe I'll hold polls or other ways for you to voice your opinions on what you wanna see next.
